Where life is good

I keep everybody waiting way too long. But I have some good reasons:

1. I started working. Yup, I’m a big girl now, but this, combined with the renovation and the upcoming move, is giving me very little time to play or write.
2. I installed a lot of stuff that I hope will enhance my pictures. But it takes a lot of time to get to know.
3. I bought Glamour Life, but that too, takes some time to install, back-up, etc.
4. I got caught up in reading “Lothere”, another Royal Kingdome story, beautifully written and very very addictive. So I read instead of played. Sorry.

But, good news: glamour life is installed, I got all my new mods to work, I played and I have a weekend off next weekend, so I have some updates waiting to be written and published! LOL, you weren’t the only one who got caught up in reading Lothere. :-)

Sadly, neither of you are nearly as addicted to Lothere as I am, to the detriment of my thesis work. Now that you’re caught up to the end, you can get your daily fix with only a few minutes invested. ;-)

Does Glamour Life have anything worthwhile for a medieval neighborhood? I still have OFB not yet installed because I heard of some bugs. I mostly want it for the new building tools (roofs, indoors platforms) but I am too afraid to mess up my game now.

What I really-really-really want is the Pets expansion. Finally I will be able to make Kottr the cat-dog do more than sit there and pretend to pant like the sculpture he is.

Yay! Update’s are in progress! :D
I finally got my own Sims2 too, so as soon as I buy University, I think I’m starting my own blog. ^^
And good luck combining work with renovation and the upcoming move!

I totaly understand. I just started at a new university after taking a year off of school to work and I have been so busy recently that I have had hardly any time to even turn on my computer and even when I do it’s for school work. I got spoiled with my job last year because it was mostly just mornings so I had all evening to so sim stuff.

I do look forward to reading more of your story though! I’m glad that you’ll find some time to continue it!

This is the first mention I saw of Lothere anywhere and because of that, I spent the past week trying to get caught up on the tale. Thank you for mentioning it! Now I am hopelessly addicted.

I didn’t read Lothere, because my computer crashed and for a long time I didn’t have acess to the net and then I was too busy getting all my medieval custom content back and make a new kingdom, but from what I read here, I will definitely read it as soon as I have some free time.
